Flood Rehabilitation: Sanitary Napkins Distributed In Camps

During the frightful situation of flood in kerala, we were also puting our hands togather to eradicate the pain and problems of a lot of needy people. We distributed sanitary napkins across many rehaibiitation camps for those who in need and made sure that no one is suffering the sanitary issues. After the unusually heavy monsoon rains that led to Kerala’s worst flooding in nearly a century — over 400 people were reported dead, and 10319 houses damaged affecting 5,400,000 people across 760 villages. One and a half million people abandon their flooded homes and seek refuge in relief camps.

Food Kit Distributed As Part Of Flood Rehabilitation

Trovent international group held a relief supply distribution in a flood-hit village kozhikode. The diocese distributed relief kit consisting of dry ration items such as rice – 5 kg, sugar, tea powder, oil, chilly, coriander powder, biscuits and other essential items like toothpaste, bathing soap, and dress to 38 families that had lost everything, including their houses and belongings in the floods.
